Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at The Westin Arlington. The staff, especially Alex and Justin, provided really good service and truly made me feel welcome. However, the room I stayed in was not up to the standard I expected from a Westin, with stained carpets and an old bathroom. Overall, while the service and location were great, the condition of the room left much to be desired.
I had an overall enjoyable stay at The Westin Arlington. the hotel was clean and well-located, making it easy to explore the area. however, I did find the valet parking quite expensive, and the room could use some modern upgrades.
My stay at The Westin Arlington was a mixed bag. The location was super convenient, right near the Metro and plenty of restaurants. However, the cleaniness of the rooms left a lot to be desired, which really put a damper on my visit. I had to switch rooms due to dirty bedding which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.
I recently stayed at The Westin Arlington, and while the location was fantastic, being just a short walk from the Ballston Metro and nearby dining options, my experience was overshadowed by some significant issues. The check-in process was quite slow, taking around 45 minutes due to system malfunctions. plus, I encountered frustrating communication problems regarding an important package I had delivered to the hotel. While the hotel was clean, the service left much to be desired during my stay.
My stay at The Westin Arlington had its ups and downs. The location was super convenient with lots of restaurants and easy access to the Metro, which made exploring a breeze. But, the breakfast buffet was a letdown, with low-quality food and slow service. While my room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, I expected better service overall.
